Be A He(a)ro: Interview in HRMagazine

A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of being interviewed for HRMagazine alongside some of my fellow “He(a)ros.” The topic of discussion was the “Be A He(a)ro” initiative. This important project focuses on bringing suicide prevention and mental health awareness to companies, social organizations, and schools.

Be A He(a)ro equips executives with the tools to detect warning signs and cries for help in the workplace promptly. It also connects them with the right experts who can provide the necessary support. This initiative is crucial in fostering a supportive and responsive work environment. Additionally, music plays a vital role in conveying the message effectively and emotionally.
